All components sent in for repair will be quoted at no charge. You, as our customer, will be given the choice to then have your components repaired, replaced, scraped, or returned un-repaired. If, for some reason, you are unable to remove the components from the machine to send in for repair, we can supply rebuilt components and have them sent to you with a core charge which will be credited when the core is returned to us. Hydraulic Specialties will disassemble all components completely to determine if repairs can be performed to meet manufacturers specifications. In addition, in most cases, we can determine the cause of failure helping to correct any potential problems before installing the replacement components into your system.
