Warranty Policy
Hydraulic Specialties, Inc. is well known for having the highest quality parts and components in the industry. Components are tested to precise specifications to insure our customers receive the best products possible. However, when a product fails to meet a customer’s expectation, every effort will be made to correct it. All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, that are furnished by Hydraulic Specialties, Inc., for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. Should a problem occur during this time period, please bring it to our attention immediately. Any component to be considered for warranty coverage must be returned to our facility, freight prepaid, for inspection. If it is determined that the component is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. If the component can not be replaced, a full credit refund will be issued in the amount equal to the paid invoice. This warranty does not cover components which have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than Hydraulic Specialties, Inc., nor does it cover failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or tampering, and does not cover any loss or expense due to or resulting from the component being out of operation. Furthermore, the component must be operated according to the manufacturer’s exact specifications; failure to do so will nullify said warranty.
Returns: If a non-defective, unused item must be returned, please notify our sales department within 10 days to receive a RGA (returned goods authorization) number. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED FREIGHT PREPAID WITH A PACKING LIST REFERENCING THE RGA NUMBER. The RGA number is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. A credit memo will be issued for items returned, less a 30% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns should be packaged to insure against damage during shipping. All ports must be capped to prevent contamination from entering the components. Hydraulic Specialties, Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process.
